What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, the compounds ordered, the shipping method, and any promo code used. We do not collect health data, and we do not ask for medical information.
If you create an account we also store your name, email address, and a password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way encrypted hash, so no one at UPRISE Labs can read them. Orders you place while logged in are linked to your account so you can see your order history.
When you use our support, affiliate, or 15% signup forms, we receive the details you enter in those forms by email.
If you subscribe to an item, we store the item, quantity, schedule, and the shipping details you entered so we can prepare each shipment. When you visit through an affiliate's link, we record which affiliate referred your order so we can pay their commission.
How we use it
Order details are used to fulfill shipments, provide certificates of analysis, and answer support questions. Your email and order history are also used to check eligibility for first-order offers such as UPRISE15. Email is used for order confirmations, password resets, and, only if you request it, occasional research-catalog updates.
Cookies and browser storage
If you log in, we set one essential cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Your browser also stores your cart, any promo code you applied, whether you have passed the researcher confirmation, and, if you arrived through an affiliate link, that affiliate's code for 30 days. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Visitor statistics
We count page visits with our own simple, cookie-free counter so we know which pages are useful. It records the page, the website that linked to us (domain only), and whether you used a phone, tablet, or computer. We do not store IP addresses, and visitors are counted with a code that changes every day, so no one can be followed from one day to the next. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracker.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We do not share order details with advertisers. We do not place tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
Storage
Account and order records are stored on secured servers operated by our hosting provider, with access limited to the UPRISE Labs fulfillment team. Payment information, when processed by our payments provider, is handled by that provider under its own security standards and is never stored by us.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account and order records by emailing support@upriselabs.pro. We may keep order records that the law requires us to retain. We will respond within 30 days.
